		<description>Hey, Thresa!  Definitely keep getting your cardio in... especially if you really like it.  It&#039;s just that the typical female trainee quite often puts too big of an emphasis on cardio, and not enough on lifting weights.  So keep on hitting the iron! :)

		<description>Hi Danny and Ty Shondra for  giving me  all the info,  I am happy to say I love weight training but I also love my Cardio, I  guess I can back down on that and Increase my weights.  Empower ing when you can deadlift and squat your weight  there is nothing like it,  Thanks  Danny, Great article,  I can&#039;t say enough how I love  the feeling I get when I reach a goal!!</description>
