Amanda,

Plenty of protein options if eggs don't work for you.

I think the key to "relaxing" after the 30 days is not to "over-relax!" :)
Still MOSTLY good, but just an occasionally bad meal here and there.

And quite often, this is what I see in the long term: the person realizes (much to their surprise) just how much better they feel (and look) after going through this, that they're like: "screw that, I don't want to feel like I used to ever again!" (in regards to energy, etc). This turns into more of a lifestyle so that when they do "relax" with their plan, it happens much less frequently. :)

I swear every fitness plan out there has eggs on it, which I love but am allergic to. So I'm working to find morning protein options that I enjoy...right now sticking with a shake!

Interesting idea about really focusing in for a period to see a shift and then relaxing. I am interested to see long term how that holds up and totally open to giving it a go.
