		<description>GiGi, I like those choices!  Thanks for that contribution.  I&#039;m definitely a fan of eating a lot of whole foods, but also like to incorporate some tasty protein powder from time to time. :)</description>

		<description>My favorite in between snacks if I MUST eat any (I don&#039;t typically snack)... is grass-fed/finished, sugar-free beef jerky, slices or chicken or turkey breast, a few bites of salmon or other fish, butternut squash (roasted with cinnamon) and make a little spaghetti squash with tomato paste! :) I like whole foods... No protein shakes or powders for me!</description>
