		<description>Good stuff Danny. I have never really explained the distinction between HIIT and &quot;M/HIIT&quot; to clients. You are right though and I am guilty of lumping all short-time (10-20 sec) interval training into the HIIT category. Reagrdless of the rest interval. I think I have an acronym that will better resonate with clients... Sorta High Intensity Interval Training or SHIIT. We all feel like that right after those workouts anyways, right? Good luck with the poopy diapers (another form of SHIIT).</description>
